Store Service Merchandiser

The primary responsibility is to stock product that delivers to our Eugene/Springfield area client, a warehouse retail store. Place product onto peg hooks or into bins. Employee may need to use an 8' - 10' safety ladder at times to place overstock onto top shelf of store racking. Work neat and diligently 7:00AM to 3:30/4:00PM Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Move and lift cartons weighing up to 30 pounds. There are times that may require interaction with the store's customers. We need to be considerate and accommodating while still getting the work completed. Comply with store policies and work with store personnel as needed. Inside Sales Support & Customer Service Person

Our Lake Oswego office is interviewing for a top-notch sales support and customer service person. The best candidate would have an optimistic and positive mindset that continually strives to provide professional communication and needed actions. Our agency provides a high level of service that our customers appreciate, expect, and support.

Primary daily responsibilities are to process orders and deal with customer inquiries in a timely manner. Equally important is the preparation of marketing and sales materials using Windows and other available resources. Good organizational skills and a willingness to proactively contact customers is an essential role. Must be reliable and available to open and close the office Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM with minimal disruption.
